Our journey to starting this company is deeply personal. After going through a life-changing health scare, we gained a fresh perspective on life. We decided to pursue something that truly mattered to us — our passion for helping small businesses succeed and the ability to spend more quality time together, as a family. This was when Number Nerds was born!

Hi! I'm Rachele, the Chief Operating Officer of Number Nerds—and the person behind the numbers helping your business stay organized and running smoothly.

I bring a diverse background in property management, gym management, and working as an executive assistant at a law firm, which has taught me how critical accuracy, organization, and reliability are in fast-paced environments.

I'm also a mom to two, which has made me even more efficient, adaptable, and solution-focused. After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and completing a year of cancer treatment, I made the decision to build a business that reflected both my skills and my resilience.
